How to Use

Step 1: Line eyes with Double Wear Waterproof Eye Pencil as desired. To soften or smudge your line, blend quickly before it sets.

Step 2: Starting at the natural lash line, lift lashes with a Turbo Lash Mascara brush, curling and twisting it as you go from base to tip. Repeat to build.

Step 3: Apply Turbo Lash + Brow Serum at bedtime, after cleansing the eye area. 

Lashes: Apply along the base of the lashline, from the inner corner to the outer, and brush onto lashes. 

Brows: Using short strokes, apply throughout the brow, end to end.
